NEW SURFACE - TIN PLATING up to a lenght of 5000 mm

Ladies and gentlemen,

we are proud to inform you that we have a new process in our service program.

From now on profiles, tubes and bars made of steel and nonferrous metals with a maximum length of 5000 mm can be tin-plated in our factory.

We use a sulfuric acid electrolyte with the following characteristics:

• produces bright, compact and high levelled tin deposits
• for plating of parts coming from electrical industry, from printing industry and from semiconductor technology as well as for special applications and barrel plating
• resistant against spots and finger prints
• good solderability
• equal and bright deposits over a wide range of current density, so suited for rack

The additives required for bath make-up and operation do not contain any alkylphenol
ethoxylates (nonylphenol ethoxylates).
They also meet the requirements of the RoHS Directive (Restriction of certain Hazardous
Substances) relating to the limit of lead, mercury, cadmium, chrome(VI), Polybrominated
Biphenyls and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers.
